Rome’in Around: St Peter’s Basilica II

Beautiful. That is the only word that can come close to describing the Basilica. Everything is so breath-taking; every painting, every structure, every detail is just incredible. My neck still hurts from craning it so much. There wasn’t a single wall or tile that didn’t leave us in awe, that’s how amazing it is in the basilica.

I really don’t have much to say in this post, I’ll let the photos do the talking. I have to admit everything is 1000000000000000000x better in real than in photos, I hope I get to go back one day.

After St Peter’s Basilica we headed out to lunch at a nearby restaurant, as true tourists we opted for pasta and pizza and both did not disappoint! It was so delicious, Richa and I gave it 4* out of 5. If you want to go eat there it’s called “Café Risorgimenta”
